• Location: The Dune @ Light Grey, Sungai Buloh (Free parking available on-site)
• Work Model: Hybrid Work Model (10am - 6pm)

What We Expect | About the Role:

As a Trend Content Specialist, you'll be the team's radar for what's happening right now. From viral TikTok audios to emerging internet formats and niche community jokes — you'll spot them early, adapt them fast, and help our brand (and our clients) ride the wave while it's hot.

You'll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to translate trends into content that aligns with each brand's tone, audience, and business goals. If your FYP is your research lab, and you naturally know what's about to blow up, this role is for you.

Bonus: We value people who have a willingness to learn, strong communication skills and a positive attitude over prior experience and academic background. If you believe you can contribute meaningfully, even beyond the paper qualifications — we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:

• Obsessed with social media — especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, XiaoHongShu and X (Twitter)
• Naturally curious about why trends go viral and how to adapt them smartly
• Able to identify, analyze, and localize content trends across different platforms
• Bonus: Experience in short-form content creation or editing (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.)
• Strong understanding of tone, timing, and visual storytelling
• Proactive — always a few steps ahead of what's trending
• Able to move fast without sacrificing creativity or quality

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities:

• Track, identify, and predict emerging content trends and viral formats
• Propose trend-based content ideas tailored to our brands and audiences
• Work closely with creative teams to produce timely, platform-native content
• Analyze engagement and share insights on what's working across platforms
• Maintain a "trend library" — a reference bank of audios, videos, and memes
• Help refine brand voice through culturally relevant storytelling
• Experiment, learn, and iterate fast — trends don't wait
