About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Admin to join our dynamic team at Abad Hebat Resources Sdn Bhd. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations, with a focus on data entry and word processing tasks. This is a full-time position based in Teluk Gong, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Performing accurate data entry and processing of various business documents and records
- Providing administrative support, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
- Assisting with the coordination of office activities and logistics
- Answering and directing phone inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and productivity
What we're looking for
- Excellent data entry and word processing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Fresh graduates, SPM holders, and those with no prior experience are encouraged to apply
