Job Overview
Provide assistance related to project matters, monitor renovation progress and compile reports upon completion of renovation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Reporting
- Compile project reports for proposed new sites based on information from the Regional Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive.
- Monitor renovation progress and highlight any issues or delays.
- Prepare and submit renovation completion reports to the HOD and Admin Department.
- Attend relevant meetings and prepare accurate minutes of meeting.
Documentation & Approvals
- Review and revise site layouts, purchase orders, and variation orders (VOs).
- Ensure all layouts, purchase orders, and handover documents receive approval from the Head of Department (HOD).
- Prepare necessary forms and documents for water, electricity, and business license applications.
- Apply for DBP Certificate for new signboard installations and business license processes.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Apply for petty cash when required and submit payment invoices to the Accounts Department.
- Assist in responding to queries from the Accounts Department regarding water, electricity, and internet bills.
- Track validity dates of Business Licenses and Tenancy Agreements and ensure timely renewals (including payment submissions).
Site Equipment & Logistics
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, and delivery of equipment for new, relocated, or refurbished sites.
- Ensure equipment is delivered complete and on schedule.
General Duties
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
