Job Description

As an Intern in the Customer Success - Retail Vertical Team at NielsenIQ, you will support the delivery of high-quality data analytics and insights to our clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how data drives business decisions. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and client servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in summarizing data into tables, charts, and graphs for client reports and presentations.
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of sales and consumer data.
  • Help prepare final reports and presentations with guidance from senior team members.
  • Review data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Learn to use internal tools and data sources to support project execution.
  • Participate in internal meetings and client discussions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of insights.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall team objectives.
Qualifications
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and storytelling with numbers.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and in a digitally enabled environment.
  • Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or market research is a plus.
  • Internship period: 3-6 months
