Job Purpose

Assist in optimising the communications and branding of PhAMA's key messages which are aligned with the organisation's four key pillars of Advocacy, Industry Support, Strategic Partnerships and Capability Building.

Duties and Responsibilities

·   Build rapport through effective liaison with stakeholders.

·   
Drive ideas for brand enhancement and collaborations.

·   Identify communication gaps and initiate programmes to close the gaps.

·   
Collate materials/ data from team leads for internal and external utilisation.

·   
Ensure all communication materials are in compliance with external regulations and local policies.

·   
Overlook development of art work, photography and social media updates.

·   
Understand and ensure adherence to all PhAMA, industry and government policies and  procedures.

·   Coordinate logistical requirements, vendors and budgeting requirements of internal and external events/ conferences/ workshops.

·   

Knowledge & Skills Required

·  Must possess good analytical, organisation and problem-solving skills.

·  Proactive and creative with ideas particularly on communications platforms such as social media and whatsapp marketing.

·  Basic design skills, with good eye for aesthetics and attention to details.

·  Video production capabilities is an added advantage.

·  A team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills.

·  Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal).

·  Must have intermediary knowledge of Microsoft software applications in word processing, database and presentation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet browsers.
