Job Target

Working as a part of production line using small handled tools and assemble circuit boards for electronic equipment. Also lead, monitor, review and manage production workers performance and communicate clearly and effectively, coach, develop, council and mentor.

Job Description

  • Supervise all the production operation, manpower, overtime & resource management to ensure the smooth operation, production target, cost control and delivery due date are met.
  • Lead, monitor, review and manage production workers performance and communicate clearly and effectively, coach, develop, council and mentor
  • To identify & implement continuous improvements to the Company's production processes.
  • Lead good housekeeping and 5'S maintained at the highest standard to promote quality awareness, safe working environment and to enhance employee morale.
  • To upgrade workers skill and knowledge through implementing training program.
  • Perform visual inspection.
  • Prepare of raw material and parts for production
  • Update daily downtime and monitor production yield.
  • Involve in all other production related activities in production floor
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.
  • Convert new model according to 4M change information
  • Involve in production planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Responsible in part drop monitoring

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in engineering with min 1 year working experience as Leader/ technician.
  • Experience in electronics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of electronic circuit design and components.
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
