Assistant Registrar

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling students' admission and records
- Ensure all records are complete in both physical and online
- To handle registration/enrolment day
- Handling parents / students' inquiries in regards with students' status
- Periodical reports to management and committees as required
- Update students' tracking and status
Job Requirements:
- Master/Degree in related field
- Experience in registry related tasks
- Pleasant attitude and good communication skills at all level
- Understanding work processes under MOHE is an advantage
- Mastering third language is an advantage (Arabic/Mandarin)
- Detail-oriented and systematic thinking to understand the work procedures and requirements
- Competent and fast adaptation in IT system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
