Job Description:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales by setting performance targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Passionate in the retail environment and strives for operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business, especially the store team.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Results oriented and possess a keen eye for detail.
