Responsibilities:
- Handling full sets of accounts
- Handling clients' SST submission
- Filing documents and accounting entry
- Liaise with clients on arranging of collecting documents and financial matters in closing year-end accounts
- Answering phone calls
- Admin task: register client's EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS account, apply LHDN's pin no., apply SST exemption certificate, write Letter / Memo
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Posses good working attitude, able to work independently and able to meet the deadline
- Min 1 year experience in SQL accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft offices: Excel, word, pdf
- Initiative & good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
