Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our Marketing Team at The Top Penang, a leading tourism and leisure destination under Only World Group Berhad (OWG).

You'll be responsible for producing, editing and publishing engaging content to promote out attractions, F&B outlets, and events.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality and engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Create multimedia content including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and interactive content.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Content Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing initiatives.
