Job Summary: HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a keen interest in HR, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Post and activate HR-related content on social media platforms.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, and filing.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices.

Job Types: Part-time, Student job

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
