Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall work arrangement of the production department:
  • Under the leadership of the general manager, implement and execute the relevant policies and guidelines of the company and the department, formulate the work objectives and work plans of the department, and organize the implementation, guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision and improvement of work in a timely manner
  • Preside over various management activities of the department to establish and improve the production planning system, process management system, shipment management system and cost control system oriented to production
  • Supervise the daily production activities of the department, hold regular meetings on production, engineering, technology and quality, identify problems, analyze problems, take effective measures to improve, and ensure smooth operation of production
  • Organize and establish the department's daily safety management system and safety emergency response system, conduct emergency safety education, training, practical operations and exercises regularly, reduce safety risks, ensure no accidents, and enhance the department's safety emergency response capabilities
  • Implement and execute the company's cost management goals, formulate daily management methods for the department's auxiliary materials, office supplies, water, electricity and gas system rates and effectively control them, and continuously reduce production costs while ensuring output and quality
  • Organize and formulate annual and monthly department training plans, propose training needs, formulate training materials, and continuously improve the management and business capabilities of personnel at all levels
  • Formulate a performance management system and evaluation benchmark for personnel at all levels of the department, and gradually improve the enthusiasm of personnel at all levels through performance guidance, work communication, and team activities, and enhance team cohesion and competitiveness

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in production management in the lithium battery industry
  • Familiar with lean production and able to coordinate and promote production site improvement
  • Familiar with 6sigma management knowledge, quality management, leadership training, professional skills and professional attitude, goal management, team building, strategic management
  • Have excellent business judgment, excellent analytical ability and strong business management ability
  • Integrity, frankness, honesty, open-mindedness, self-confidence, high professionalism, good team spirit
  • Can use experience and knowledge to solve various problems in production operations, have strong leadership, organization, coordination, motivation and control, can work passionately, can infect and drive those around
  • Strong communication, persuasiveness and strong sense of responsibility
  • Have good stress resistance
