Talent Acquisition Partner role with Hays Southeast Asia

Role Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Careers, you will lead the charge in hiring graduates, interns, and early-career professionals who will become the next generation of recruitment experts at Hays. Operating from our Malaysia hub, you will collaborate with country managers and key stakeholders across Southeast Asia to design and deliver innovative talent acquisition strategies that strengthen our pipeline and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Emerging Talent Strategy
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for graduate and internship programs across Southeast Asia, with Malaysia as the central hub.
- Align hiring plans with business growth objectives and workforce planning.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for graduate and early-career roles.
- Introduce innovative assessment tools to identify high-potential candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia.
- Work closely with HR and Learning & Development teams to ensure smooth onboarding and career development for new hires.
Employer Branding
- Champion Hays' employer brand in Malaysia and the region through creative campaigns and storytelling.
- Leverage local insights to craft messaging that resonates with Southeast Asian talent.
Data & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Deliver regular reports on emerging talent pipeline and hiring progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to graduate or early-career hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies and employer branding in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regional environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, social media platforms, and data analytics.
