The consultancy offers services in Business Intelligence, ERP systems, CRM software, retail systems (including Point of Sale), and more — all delivered with a process-first mindset to protect clients' core IP. As a Microsoft Partner, the consultancy leads Microsoft-based ERP and CRM implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Azure, and other enterprise solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and experienced
Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant
to join our consultancy services team. In this role you will act as a key subject-matter expert in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with a specialised focus on supply chain management and — ideally — advanced warehousing modules.

You will lead functional design, configuration, workshops and full end-to-end delivery to drive operational excellence for clients. You will manage post-sale client engagements, working directly with clients — from requirements gathering, through hands-on configuration, process re-engineering, testing system interfaces and configurations, to final implementation. The role demands deep functional knowledge of the applications, strong consulting skills, and the ability to deliver projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and finalise deliverables
• Lead functional design, configuration, and documentation
• Conduct fit/gap analysis, business process analysis, and prepare Functional Design Documents based on business requirements
• Perform system and functional testing, create test cases and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver training to end users and client resources — ensuring clients can successfully use Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O (or assigned products)
• Provide on-site support and assistance during delivery and go-live phases
• Contribute to solution documentation and internal process compliance
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed — demos, proof-of-concept builds, RFP/RFQ responses
• Help define and drive practice development activities
• Stay up to date with product roadmaps and upcoming releases of Dynamics 365 F&O
• Follow company security and compliance policies
• Occasionally travel (including overseas business trips) — own transport required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT, Business, Supply Chain or related field)
• Subject-matter expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations — with specialised focus on Supply Chain Management and (optional but advantageous) Advanced Warehouse Management
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in consultancy or full-cycle ERP implementation projects
• Proven record of delivering at least three full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of ERP functionalities across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Production modules
• Working knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Resilient, adaptive, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments
• A collaborative team player, but also self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international) — own transport required

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Electronic Reporting tools, and practical implementation skills
• Deep understanding of supply chain management processes and industry best practices
