About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team at Asikin Ain Firah & Co' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document organisation
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining and updating various office records and databases
- Undertaking various other tasks as required to support the overall team
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
