Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions across ERP/MES modules.
  • Support production and engineering teams with job orders, WIP tracking, and process documentation.
  • Ensure accurate real-time data collection, traceability, and reporting from shop floor systems.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams to streamline data integration and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and automated reports to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Assist with system upgrades, new module implementations, and system integration projects.
  • Train and guide end-users on ERP/MES processes and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure system reliability, backups, and data security.
  • Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,500.00 per month
