Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in mall management, retail operations, or property management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and property regulations.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize revenue.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to enhance visitor experience.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required.
  • The candidate must be able to work in AEON Mall Tebrau City, Johor Bharu.
