Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales team to ensure packing/delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
  • Manage local warehousing activities and logistics arrangement
  • Plan work flow, perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
  • Set KPIs and maintain operations team KPI achievements by participating in recruitment, training (including OJT), team discipline and monthly/quarterly appraisals
  • Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures and processes
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with in-house system count
  • Responsible for accurate and timely daily stock updates to HQ
  • Continuously manage delivery partners' costing/lead time and find ways to streamline costs by finding new delivery partners
  • Be able to provide shipment updates on timely basis to sales team
  • Reverse logistics arrangements, including but not limited to:
  • Tracking for non-DOA verified units from SEMS back to retailer store
  • Assignment of collection/delivery back for above situation
  • Manage lost cases tracking and reporting
  • Stay up to date and in compliance on government requirements for warehousing operations, import/export from various departments, including understanding and ability to apply for business licenses, SIRIM IMEI/AP permits, and any other documents/certifications as needed
  • Troubleshoot any process flow issue and resolve problems professionally with any government bodies regarding office/warehouse operations and import/export
  • Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Able speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM).
