JOB VACANCY - Recruitment Executive

Thannees Tax Consulting Services Sdn Bhd is recruitingfor the position of Recruitment Executive. We are a unique tax consulting firm focusing on issues that others have difficulty resolving. We offer tax advisory, tax compliance, transfer pricing and indirect tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Find and attract qualified candidates with expertise in areas such as tax law, corporate tax, individual tax, and tax compliance.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and knowledge of tax-related software and regulations.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to extending offers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends in the tax and accounting industry to advise on recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is often required. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is also beneficial.
  • Experience: Prior recruiting experience, particularly in the finance or accounting sector, is highly valuable.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and tax software is a plus, as it helps in understanding the specific requirements of the roles being filled.
  • Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
