Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as Attendance appeals, Working Status appeals, system information amendments, answering employee FAQs, etc.
  • Manage office maintenance and repairs for equipment, facilities, and work tools to ensure everything operates seamlessly.
  • Handle front-desk duties — greet visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers for maintenance and safety operations (e.g., pest control, disinfection, etc.).
  • Maintain and monitor office supply stock, beverages, and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Process and track payments for utility bills, office rent, and other regular expenses.
  • Register and maintain an up-to-date inventory of office equipment in coordination with the People (HR) department.
  • Plan and purchase festive decorations to create an engaging and vibrant office environment.
  • Organize and support office events such as company anniversaries and seasonal celebrations.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Admin or related roles. Fresh graduates are accepted.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will have an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills.
  • Able to work within deadlines with good time management skills.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Location: Bangsar South (Accessible by Kerinchi LRT station)

Working hours and days: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
