Position: Store Clerk (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: [Simpang Ampat Penang]

Salary: Basic RM1,700 (negotiable depending on experience and Mandarin proficiency)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily store operations including receiving, organizing, and issuing stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated.
  • Assist in stock checking, labeling, and product arrangement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members — especially in Mandarin.
  • Support other store duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and understanding required).
  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
  • Experience in retail, warehouse, or store operations preferred.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to work flexible hours if required.
