  1. Advise the Managing Director (MD) on the necessary financial reports for plantations and palm oil mills.
  2. Produce and analyze monthly financial and costing reports, ensuring completion within specified deadlines.
  3. Arrange all work related to producing management and costing reports for plantations and palm oil mills within the given time frame.
  4. Provide weekly progress updates to the MD and submit monthly progress reports on or before the 7th of each month, with personal discussions with the MD.
  5. Prepare annual budgets and projected cash flow when required.
  6. Identify outstanding financial or operational issues, propose solutions, and report to the MD for approval.
  7. Check inter-company billings for machinery, equipment, and other charges to ensure accuracy.
  8. Conduct site visits to each site at least twice monthly to collect, verify, and analyze operational and cost-related data.
  9. Take on ad-hoc tasks as required by the MD.
