Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and results-driven
Sales Agronomists
to promote and expand the adoption of QarboGrow among agri-input resellers, distributors, farmers, and plantation owners. The successful candidate will combine strong agronomic knowledge with commercial acumen to drive product sales, build long-term relationships with customers, and support the company's growth strategy across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities among agri-input resellers, distributors, farmers, and plantation companies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for QarboGrow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field trials to showcase the benefits of QarboGrow.

Technical Support & Agronomic Advisory

  • Provide technical guidance to customers on proper usage and integration of QarboGrow in their crop management practices.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and field trials to support product improvement and marketing efforts.
  • Support customers in solving agronomic challenges through on-site visits and consultations.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Share success stories and testimonials to strengthen brand credibility in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of crop physiology, plant nutrition, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Proven sales track record and ability to manage distributor networks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to rural and plantation areas.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transport.
