About the team

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of operations & management for our business teams. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, and managing cross-functional team collaboration. Your primary goal will be to support business team members, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for application product operation and maintenance, ensure stable and efficient services, and continuously improve user experience;
• Build and maintain production system Docker/k8s-related containerized clusters;
• Explore efficient automated operation and maintenance system and management tools to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance;
• Handling emergency response, and coordination of various faults to ensure 7*24-hour business continuity of products;
• Optimize operation and maintenance solutions, including but not limited to disaster recovery, elastic expansion and attack prevention, etc.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or other related majors, with more than 5 years of experience in Internet application operation and maintenance or operation and maintenance development;
• Familiar with Linux operating system principles, TCP/IP and commonly used network protocols;
• Proficient in Docker/k8s containerization related technologies;
• Familiar with common Internet application services, Nginx/MySQL/Redis or others, and also familiar with high availability mechanism, and have relevant experience in monitoring and disaster recovery;
• Familiar with at least one language in Python or Go;
• Have experience in public Cloud maintenance, such as: AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc.;
• Prior experience in Blockchain Dapp operation and maintenance is preferred.
