Internship Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, updating and filing job cards, repair orders, insurance claim documents, and customer records.
- Support communication and coordination between estimators, service advisors, workshop staff, and insurance adjusters.
- Help track vehicle repair status and update customers or internal systems accordingly.
- Maintain data entry for parts requisitions, invoices, and repair progress reports.
- Support daily administrative operations such as photocopying, scanning, document sorting, and general office upkeep.
- Assist in compiling reports for management review, such as job progress, outstanding claims, or parts movement.
- Handle basic reception tasks — attending calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors when needed.
- Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the B&P Manager or Admin Supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Interest in the automotive industry, especially in vehicle body and paint operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn from experienced professionals.
