工作职责
  • 接待客户并了解其需求,提供专业的产品建议
  • 推广及销售豪华车零配件,完成销售目标
  • 维护客户关系,提升客户满意度与品牌忠诚度
  • 处理电话、电邮及上门咨询,确保沟通顺畅
  • 协助监控库存状况,确保热销产品及时补货
  • 准备报价单与销售文件,确保订单流程顺利进行
  • 与销售及物流部门密切配合,确保及时交付

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve walk-in customers and recommend suitable products
  • Promote and sell premium car spare parts
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and ensure smooth order flow
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and sales teams for timely deliveries

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented
  • Sales experience (automotive background preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
