Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts with preparation of monthly Management Account Report.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monitor recurring expenses payment are made up to date.
- Update debtors aging, review debtors account and collection of debts.
- Update fixed assets listing and small value assets.
- Liaise with auditors and other related parties as requested by the Management.
- Handle all company payments to suppliers, vendors, etc.
- Prepare costing analysis and assist in preparation of yearly budget and financial forecasting.
- Checking invoices and follow up payments.
- Prepare monthly stock control accounts including stock take, assets tagging and maintain updated inventory record and financial reporting including period count on physical asset.
- Any other ad hoc task as requested by the management.
