Role Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, while also addressing employee inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
  • Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation structures and employee benefits programs, regularly reviewing and adjusting them to align with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining comprehensive records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, implementing recognition programs, and actively participating in employee surveys to gauge satisfaction.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights into payroll expenses, benefits utilization, and compensation trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management on payroll metrics, budgetary impact, and other relevant insights, aiding strategic planning.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and ensure compliance in all payroll and compensation practices.

Qualifications

  • Possess relevant academic qualifications, diploma, or degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience of using any Infotech system & Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
  • Able to work at Tea Garden HQ Office, Taman Pelangi Indah, Ulu Tiram Johor Bahru.
