We're looking for a KL-Based creative to join our startup team If you love creating content that make people stop, watch, and click — this might be for you.

What you'll do:

  • Design social graphics (static + light motion)
  • Produce Reels/ad creatives (planning → shoot → edit)
    that grab attention and spark interaction.
  • Support campaign rollouts across social media
  • Collaborate on ideas that drive engagement and conversions

Requirements:

  • KL-based (onsite role)
  • Proficient in Adobe AE, Capcut, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ai-tools
    or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of design
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong copywriting ability and creative thinking
  • Good command in Malay & English
  • Love modern, tech-forward design
  • Enthusiasm for trending formats, viral content styles, and platform algorithms.
  • Passion for on-the-go video content creation (e.g., quick shoots for reels or TikToks).
  • Is curious about consumer psychology and storytelling to influence behavior through content.
  • Stay on top of trends by adopting new tools and creative techniques to boost production quality and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with IG/FB Ad Manager — ability to tailor creatives for ad performance and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of campaign reporting and how design impacts engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rate, watch time).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
    Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
