What you'll achieve

As a Quality Assurance Engineer , you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance

You will:

· Drive Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement

· Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.

· Develop Quality Control Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.

· Support New Product Introductions: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.

·   Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS), validation techniques, and statistical analysis.

Essential Requirements:

· /2026 Fresh Graduates, start date: Mid-Feb 2026 onwards.

· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and with minimum of 0-1 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

· Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· Basic Programming Skills/AI Knowledge: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java and Understanding of artificial intelligence applications in quality assurance to enhance testing processes and improve efficiency are an added advantage.
