About the role

Rider Hub Motor (Borneo) Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Intern for their IT department. This is a full-time internship opportunity based in Ipoh, Perak. As an IT Intern, you will be given the chance to apply your technical skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  2. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and related equipment
  3. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
  4. Participate in the development and testing of new IT solutions and applications
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of IT-related processes and procedures
  6. Contribute to the continual improvement of IT services and support

What we're looking for

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks
  5. Familiarity with common hardware, software, and networking concepts
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
