  1. Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's HSE policies, procedures and standards.
  2. Conduct routine workplace inspections and report unsafe act or conditions to the head department.
  3. Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994 and other related regulations.
  4. Assist in conducting HIRARC to identify potential risks and implement effective accident prevention and hazard control measures within the factory.
  5. Assist in incident/accident investigating, near miss or unsafe conditions and prepare report for review also maintain the record of incident/accident register.
  6. Coordinate safety committee by actively involved in the company's Safety and Health Committee as a member or secretary, assisting in preparing agendas, minutes, and reports, initiating and coordinating quarterly meetings in compliance with legal and company requirements, and following up on safety issues and action items to ensure timely resolution.
  7. Organize HSE training programs, toolbox talks, safety briefing and emergency drills.
  8. Promote safety awareness among employees through posters, campaign and daily reminders.
  9. Conduct safety induction for new hire employee before start work.
  10. Monitor proper disposal of industrial waste and compliance with environmental regulations.
  11. Maintain and update all HSE documentation including inspection checklists, permits, and audit records.
  12. Ensure all safety signages, registers, and records are up-to-date and properly filed.
  13. Assist in maintaining emergency response plans, fire safety equipment, and first aid kits.
  14. Report any damaged or missing safety equipment immediately.
