Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist at Hotel Pak Fook, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all front desk operations to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and the local area
• Handle incoming phone calls and messages in a professional manner
• Manage room reservations and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a neat and organised front desk area
• Perform other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
