About the role

We are seeking an experienced MALAY SPEAKER E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at TECKLAI(MY)SDN.BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This position is based in our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies by create the Malay video content and Live selling and hosting to increase online sales and market profit.
  • Managing and optimising our e-commerce platforms, including website, online marketplaces, and social media channels (TIKTOK & Shoppee)
  • Analysing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and persuasive product listings and promotional campaigns
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and post-purchase support
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for

  • MALAY SPEAKER Candidate who not camera shy and willing to do video shooting and live selling and hosting.
  • SPM with Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or Live Host, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Freshgraduated in Diploma and Degree in Mass Communication , Branding and Advertising and other related fied are welcome.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analysis software
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions
  • Creativity and a customer-centric approach to developing engaging and effective online experiences
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement new e-commerce best practices
