Job description:
- In charge of coordinating day-to-day logistics operations.
- Ability to create and prepare reports, propose plans, and supervise implementation for remedial / improvement based on analysis of findings.
- Ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment of shipments between client-vendor and/or client-customers.
- Manage handling/transportation of goods.
- Coordinate activities with efficient juggling of company resources.
- Scheduling of tasks and meeting deadlines
- Manpower planning and hiring-Responsible to manage the cost and expenses.
- Provide technical support in development of plans & procedures, coaching employees in operational matters.
- Troubleshoot operations issues to minimize disruptions to fulfillment process.
- Monitor activities and performance of warehouse operations.
- Reports to Head of Operations.
- To manage the warehouse assigned, but not limited to one warehouse, it could be more.
- To support all the nearby warehouses under Special Operations.
Requirement
- SPM/ Diploma or any level.
- Experience in logistic and fulfillment sector.
- Experience in b2b and b2c.
- Proactive in looking for better solution for daily task.
- Good in excel and basic data analysis.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Able to communicate and work well with foreigners.
- Able to meet high expectations without failure.
- Reporting to HOD and Asst. HOD.
- Possess own transportation.
- Able to work extra hours if required.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
