Senior Staff Engineer Technology Development

Develop wafer technology and wafer technology/product features to realize power devices addressing the application needs while meeting performance, cost, and quality targets. Ensure process stability, quality of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release. Support and be in a technical leading role for product portfolio extension (internal/subcon) A university degree (Master, PhD) in Physics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences Minimum 6+ years of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry Experience in the field of semiconductor device technology development (Clean room experience, Design of Experiments, statistical process control, process control monitor design/layout, wafer-level reliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysis techniques, basic understanding of TCAD simulations, IP generation ) Readiness for international assignments (short/long term) Semiconductor physics & process integration knowledge The ability to communicate efficiently in English written and spoken.
