We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Content Strategist to lead the ideation, development, and execution of compelling content across digital and traditional platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of audience behavior, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing strategies to ensure all content initiatives support business and divisional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overall company and departmental objectives, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion.

Cross-Channel Planning:

  • Identify content opportunities across the customer journey and create content calendars for multiple channels including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print media.

Creative Ideation:

  • Generate innovative content ideas and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate the brand's story in a fresh, relevant, and engaging manner.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all content reflects a consistent tone of voice, style, and brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Content Quality Assurance:

  • Review, edit, and refine content to uphold standards of quality, originality, and alignment with strategic goals.

Performance Reporting:

  • Monitor content effectiveness and provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for continuous improvement based on key metrics and audience feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
