Senior Baker

Key Responsibilities:

1. To manage and ensure that your section staff comply with the kitchen SOP, rules & regulations.
2. To be in charge of and ensure that the production records in the kitchen comply with the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.
3. To ensure that the required daily production targets are met and product quality standards are maintained.
4. To assist the chief baker and other senior-level partners in developing new products and improving current product recipes from time to time.
5. Flexibility in working different shifts (noon shift & night shift) will be an advantage.
6. Ability to manage, to organize and prioritize the work assignments based on given deadlines.
7. To assist head chef in ordering forecast and execution.
8. To lead and provide guidance to junior production staff, including foreign workers, in managing daily production operations and accurately recording all production data using the designated system.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experiences in bakery production kitchen and 3 years of supervisory role. Candidates possessing relevant certificates will have an advantage.

Working Environment:

1. 80% in production and 20% in documentation works (entering production records using designated apps)
2. Flexibility on performing the work shifts (noon shift & night shift).
