Responsibilities: -

  • To be responsible for all aspects of palm oil mill related matters including management, planning, controlling, leading, organizing, and managing people so as to ensure the whole operation are running smoothly, efficiently, and cost effectively.
  • Responsible for the deliverance of mill's KPI (OER, KER, oil losses & etc.).
  • To plan, organize, implement and control mill processing and maintenance.
  • To prepare budget and control mill expenditure and ensure maximum profitable of operation.
  • To ensure scheduled inspections, submissions and reports are carried out by the mill as required by the various regulatory bodies (DOE, DOSH & etc.) and maintain proper standards and practices in compliance with the regulations.
  • To uphold the Mill MSPO certification.

Requirements:-

  • Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • At least Steam Engineer Grade 2 (Steam Engineer Grade 1 is an added advantage).
  • Those who possess DOE competency (i.e CePPOME; CePSWaM & etc.) & JKKP competency (i.e AGTES & etc) will have added advantage.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience specializing in Palm Oil Mill industry.
  • Possess strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making skills, computer literate and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
