Job Description:
  • Replying feedback via our omni-channel system (CEH), Telephone Calls and face-to-face, handling emergency accidents and incidents
  • Making Announcements.
  • Assisting with the loaning of amenities, Lost & Found/ Lost & Found Kids/ Senior Citizens.
  • Opening and Closing of Counter.
  • Assisting customers with direction face-to-face, telephone calls, performing extra mile services, delighting customers on daily basis and festive season.
Job Requirements:
  • Good writing in English and Bahasa
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa. Other languages will be an advantage
  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail Customer Service Related/ F&B/ Hotel & Management Industry
  • Required to overtime during peak, work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
  • Willing to be based in Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara.
