THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN KLK OLEO, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and market expansion initiatives across both domestic and international territories.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic agents and distributors in targeted regions.
  • Conduct comprehensive sales and business performance analysis for key and high-value accounts.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for assigned customer portfolios.
  • Perform detailed market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Job Success Requirements

  • A recognised degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Prior exposure to sales administration, customer engagement, shipping documentation, and report preparation is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated reliability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development activities.
