What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to recover overdue payments from customers
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to negotiate repayment plans and obtain commitments
  • Analyse customer accounts and payment histories to identify the best course of action
  • Escalate unresolved cases to senior management and provide recommendations for legal action
  • Ensure all recovery activities are properly documented and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider credit team to share best practices and improve overall collections performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a credit or collections role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • No experience required (training will be provided)
  • Basic computer knowledge & good communication skills
