We are seeking a Semi-Senior Audit Associate who is fluent in Chinese and English to join our client, a professional audit firm handling Singapore-based clients across diverse industries. This role offers flexibility with remote work, requiring only one office visit per month.

This job is open in KL, PJ, Penang and Melaka.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle audit engagements for Singapore companies from various industries.
  2. Perform audit planning, risk assessment, control testing, analytical and substantive procedures.
  3. Document all audit procedures, purposes, and conclusions accurately.
  4. Assist clients in preparing financial statements in accordance with Singapore accounting standards.
  5. Perform consolidation of accounts and group reporting to holding companies.
  6. Conduct tax computation and compliance procedures for AML/CFT requirements.
  7. Lead and coordinate overseas audit engagements.
  8. Manage project timelines and communicate effectively with clients.
  9. Review working papers prepared by junior associates and provide coaching.
  10. Attend stock take and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, ACCA or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit.
  • Seeking a long-term career in Audit Good team player, diligent with great communication skill.
  • Pro-active and maintain good client relationship.
  • Able to monitor and report progress on a timely basis to Audit Partner.
  • Able to work independently, responsible and good at multi-tasking .
