ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance and support to Camstar users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any Camstar MES issues.
• Perform or assist in root cause investigations on MES changes/updates.
• Work closely with cross functional team Operation, Engineering, Test & NPI team on daily basis & adhoc support.
• Workflow creation in MES, new object creation, modification & maintenance support. Retrieve & review the data via Camstar query model to analyze the if require. 
• Analyze and understand manufacturing business needs and translate those needs into: Supporting business cases and specifications for Camstar MES.
• Analyze and understand business needs from an end-to-end perspective & propose systemic solution.
• Participate in Kaizens, small group and other process improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for MES processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring of the MES environment.
• Collaborate with IT Team to ensure seamless integration between MES and other manufacturing systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MES functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of MES upgrades and new features.
• Participate in change management processes related to MES modifications.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MES-related activities.
• Support data integrity initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards in MES operations.

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
• At least 1-2 years in MES or related field
• Able to write and has good command of English
• Able to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime if required

PREFERRED:

• Previous experience in MES/Camstar
• Experienced in troubleshoot MES/Camstar errors
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
