Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and execute blockchain and Web3-related projects from concept to completion.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentation decks for clients, including project proposal, progress updates and strategic plans.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, developers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
  • Identify new project opportunities and assist in business development initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and client satisfaction standards.
  • Stay up to date with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 trends to provide strategic input and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably within blockchain, crypto, or Web3 environments.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with agile or similar project management methodologies is an advantage.
