Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Georgetown, Penang (Not in Shopping Mall )

Salary: Rm2500++ Offered upon interview, based on experience (Basic + Commission + Allowance)

Working Days: 5 days per week

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent product advice and assist customers in choosing the right outdoor gear.
  • Engage with customers and create a positive shopping experience.
  • Handle daily store operations — opening, closing, and cashiering — according to SOPs.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, ensure products are well displayed, and stock levels are sufficient.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM qualification (Malaysians only).
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.
  • Positive attitude, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales & customer service.
  • Experience in retail sales is an advantage, but not required.
