Tech Talent Malaysia is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing specialist focused on technical, digital, and engineering talent. We help organizations build stronger teams through innovative sourcing, screening, and placement strategies across permanent, contract, and project-based hiring. We also leverage Gen AIpowered solutions to enhance every stage of the hiring processanalyzing CVs, accelerating matching, and delivering data-driven insights. These AI solutions are available to clients for their internal hiring teams, and this role will help market and expand this next-generation recruitment offering.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Tech Recruitment Services & Solutions to contribute to growth by winning new clients, deepening key accounts, and driving adoption of our Gen AI recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (Technology, FinTech, Consulting, Engineering).

  • Manage the 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition and account management to collaboration with recruiters for delivery.

  • Promote and sell Tech Talents Gen AI recruitment solutions to help clients modernize and accelerate hiring.

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and actionable insight.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets to guide clients strategically.

  • Attend industry events, tech meetups, and HR forums to expand brand visibility and pipeline.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent client engagement and pipeline management.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and client management.

  • Highly driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
