MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and oversee the overall Human Resources functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee welfare.
  2. Conduct monthly work reviews to monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance.
  3. Prepare periodic HR reports for management and propose improvements to policies and work systems.
  4. Act as a mediator and problem solver for any issues or conflicts involving other departments.
  5. Handle disciplinary cases and employee issues in a fair, firm, and professional manner.
  6. Implement motivation programs, in-house training, and staff development activities to foster positive work culture and team spirit.
  7. Serve as the company's spokesperson – capable of public speaking, delivering messages, and motivating employees confidently.
  8. Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws, the Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant employment regulations.
  9. Maintain HR files and documents in a systematic, neat, and easily accessible manner for reference or audit purposes.
  10. Manage payroll using the SQL system with high accuracy, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB deductions.
  11. Handle staff and management claims such as petty cash and travel allowances using the AutoCount system.
  12. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take on new challenges confidently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in HR or employee management.
  3. Good knowledge of labor laws and basic employment regulations.
  4. Proficient in using HR & payroll systems (SQL) and claim software (AutoCount).
  5. Excellent communication skills, able to interact with all staff levels and speak confidently in public.
  6. Possess strong leadership qualities – firm, charismatic, and able to motivate employees.
  7. Able to manage and resolve employee or inter-departmental issues calmly and tactfully.
  8. Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in documentation and filing systems.
  9. Highly disciplined, committed, and maintains consistent work attendance.
  10. Positive, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

SALARY & BENEFITS

  1. MONTHLY SALARY: RM2,000.00 – RM3, depending on experience)
  2. EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions

  4. Annual salary increment and performance-based bonus

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

  1. WORKING DAYS: Saturday – Thursday
  2. WORKING HOURS: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  3. LOCATION: Lot 502-C, Jalan Bayam, Kampung Khatib Ali, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan
