Deskripsi Jawatan:

Kami sedang mencari calon yang petah berbicara, yakin dan bermotivasi tinggi untuk menyertai pasukan Telesales kami. Anda akan menghubungi pelanggan berpotensi, memperkenalkan program latihan kami dan menutup jualan melalui telefon.

Tanggungjawab:

  • Membuat panggilan keluar kepada pelanggan korporat & individu.
  • Mempromosikan program latihan syarikat secara profesional.
  • Kenal pasti keperluan pelanggan dan cadangkan kursus yang sesuai.
  • Susun temujanji & ikuti prospek secara berkala.
  • Capai sasaran jualan bulanan yang ditetapkan.
  • Kemas kini maklumat pelanggan dalam sistem.

Kelayakan:

  • Minimum Diploma dalam apa-apa bidang.
  • Minat dalam jualan dan komunikasi melalui telefon.
  • Petah bercakap, mesra dan berkeyakinan.
  • Bermotivasi, mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan ikut KPI.
  • Pengalaman dalam telesales satu kelebihan tetapi latihan disediakan.
