We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Junior or Senior) to join our construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contract aspects of construction projects — from tender preparation to final account — ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and according to contract terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
  • Conduct tender evaluation, cost comparison, and assist in contract award.
  • Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
  • Monitor project cost control, budget, and cash flow reports.
  • Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims and supplier payments.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all cost and contractual matters.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify work progress.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with project teams on financial and contractual matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Open to Junior (0–2 years) or Senior (3–5+ years) experience levels.
  • Experience in building construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, or dll
  • Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently, responsibly, and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel or be based at project sites when required.

Working days : 5.5 days ( Saturday halfday )
